Gluten-Free Holiday Desserts:

I wanted to compile 30 of my favorite gluten-free holiday desserts for upcoming holiday festivities. Because I know it can be overwhelming at times to figure out what to make for special holidays that everyone will enjoy. And I really hope this list helps make things easier for you all.

What baking staples I keep in my pantry:

I always have almond flour, sprouted gluten-free oats, coconut flour, tapioca flour, coconut oil, Primal Palate baking seasonings, medjool dates, flaxseed meal, mini chocolate chips, Nut or seed butters, and either coconut sugar or maple sugar. But if you don’t have any of these on hand they can easily be found at your local health food market. I personally love shopping for these items on Amazon, Sprouts, Mothers Market, and Whole foods.

Cookies:

It was hard to narrow it down to just 9 of my favorite gluten-free cookies but here are some of my favorites. And the nice thing about these cookies is that they are all super easy to prepare. But there are plenty more on the website in case you are looking for something else in particular.

Crisps:

I think that crisp are a great option if entertaining this holiday season. Because they can be made all year round with whatever type of fruit are in season and they can be meal prepped in advance. So it is one less thing you need to worry about while entertaining. My favorite winter combinations are pears, cranberries, and apples.
