Meal prep:

All of these soups are great meal prep options. Because you can meal prep ahead of time and have them ready to be reheated during the busy weeks. And they make for great freezer friendly options, so you can save some for another night you don’t feel like cooking.

Freezer friendly:

And all of these soups are freezer friendly. I highly suggest these Souper Cubes for freezing soups. Because it allows you to pour the soups in desired molds, freeze, and then pop out, and store in reusable bags once frozen. But if you don’t have these, let the soup cool completely, and add to freezer friendly bags.

How to reheat:

I suggest consuming the soups within 3-4 days of making. And during the week, simply add desired amount to a pot, and reheat, until heated through. And if you are freezing soups, let frozen soups sit in the refrigerator overnight, and reheat in a pot.

I hope this guide helps you enjoy some more cozy and comforting soups at home. And if you make any of them, please share your creations with me over on Instagram so I can see.
