The weather is changing and all I want is cozy and comforting soups! And I hope this guide helps bring some cozy vibes your way. And all of these soups are perfect for quick and easy weeknight dinner options.
Instant pot soups:
I love using my Instant pot for a variety of soup recipes. Because you can set it and forget it. But don’t worry, if you don’t have an Instant pot, these soups can also be prepared similarly over stove top. And I have included directions for stove top options for each.
Veggie based soups in Instant pot:
These veggie based soups are so delicious. Pair these with your favorite sourdough bread for dipping into these soups.
And if you want to make it plant based be sure to use your favorite plant based cheese’s and cream cheese.
Instant Pot Broccoli Cheese Soup
Highly suggest topping broccoli cheese soup with some crispy baked bacon. But you can omit too if you are not a fan!
And these blender soups are super quick and easy to make. Perfect for a prep ahead meal.
These hearty soups are so satisfying and comforting. And they can be prepped ahead of time, for easy weeknight dinner options.
Instant Pot Chicken Pot Pie Soup
Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup
Instant Pot Lemon Chicken Wild Rice Soup
All of these soups are great meal prep options. Because you can meal prep ahead of time and have them ready to be reheated during the busy weeks. And they make for great freezer friendly options, so you can save some for another night you don’t feel like cooking.
And all of these soups are freezer friendly. I highly suggest these Souper Cubes for freezing soups. Because it allows you to pour the soups in desired molds, freeze, and then pop out, and store in reusable bags once frozen. But if you don’t have these, let the soup cool completely, and add to freezer friendly bags.
How to reheat:
I suggest consuming the soups within 3-4 days of making. And during the week, simply add desired amount to a pot, and reheat, until heated through. And if you are freezing soups, let frozen soups sit in the refrigerator overnight, and reheat in a pot.
I hope this guide helps you enjoy some more cozy and comforting soups at home. And if you make any of them, please share your creations with me over on Instagram so I can see.
