Meal prep:

Meal prepping for me is essential with my busy work weeks. I like to schedule in at least 2-3 hours every Sunday to meal prepped a batch of items for the work week. And not only does this help save me time during the week but it saves me money, and helps prevent food waste.

Setting up your meal stations:

And now comes the fun part, setting up your meal stations. This is something I like to do prior to starting my meal prep. Because it helps me stay organized, makes meal prep go faster, and it helps me see how I can utilize my kitchen appliances at once.

Prepping the meals:

To get started with my meal prep I prepare each meal according to a kitchen appliances that is not being occupied. Because multitasking and using all kitchen appliances at once helps crank out my meal prep in no time.

The line up:

Bison Bacon Cilantro Burger Bowls

Air Fried Chickpea Croutons

Massaged Kale Caesar Salad

Instant Pot Chicken Pot Pie Soup

Pumpkin Spice Macadamia Mylk

Vegan Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

How to store items:

I like to use a variety of items to store my prepped meals. And this includes; glass Tupperware, Weck jars, and reusable bags.

How long will my food last?

I meal prep enough meals for 3-4 days. And usually either Wednesday or Thursday night I will do a small meal prep for the rest of the week.
