Air Fryer

There is something about homemade plantain chips that make my heart swoon. These are better than store bought plantain chips and can be easily made in an air fryer to get the crisp factor. Don't worry if you don't have an air fryer you can bake too.

If you love mozzarella sticks, I suggest you try out these air fried Halloumi cheese balls. They make for a perfect appetizer, croutons for salads, or a delicious snack. I made these in my air fryer, which leaves them crispy on the outside and gooey cheesy goodness on the inside.
