Plantain Chips:

When I did the whole30 back in July 2018 I found myself getting extra creative in my kitchen. I know by technicality chips are off limits on the whole30, but I felt that if I was making my own, for me it would be okay.

Three variations:

I tried out three different variations of the plantain chips in my air fryer and it was very difficult to choose a favorite, since all three were super tasty. But if I had to choose, I would say the cool ranch flavor were my favorite.

Primal Palate Seasonings:

You are probably wondering how did I get the cool ranch flavor without the junk? That is where Primal Palate’s ranch seasoning comes into play. They have the best seasonings and to be honest, they are really the only seasonings I use in my recipes.

Air fryer:

For these recipes I used my air fryer, but if you don’t have one you can bake too. However I have found then when I bake them, they turn out more soft versus crunchy chip consistency, so I would definitely suggest making them in an air fryer.
