It is grain free, gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free. If you don’t want to eat the whole loaf, don’t worry, because this chocolate pumpkin bread freezes well.
What you will need for muffins:
- Pumpkin puree
- Chocolate chips
- Vanilla extract
- Coconut oil
- Maple Syrup
- Pumpkin spice
- Baking soda
- Organic pasture raised eggs
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Philosophie cacao magic (substitute cocoa or cacao powder)
- Cinnamon

The steps to making this bread is super easy. Because you are simply going to mix the wet ingredients, add in the dry ingredients, and mix. Fold in your chocolate chips, add to a lined loaf pan, and top with more chocolate chips, because the more the merrier! Bake your bread on 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup cacao magic Sub cocoa or cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients
- Add in dry ingredients and mix
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Add to a lined loaf pan and top with more chocolate chips
- Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Store in refrigerator and reheat in convection oven
