Build your own burger bar:

I love a good build your own burger bar at home for a weeknight dinner option. Especially when I don’t meal prep for the week. Because it is easy, fun to make, and everyone is happy making their burgers the way they like them.

Ingredients you will need for sliders:

  1. Organic grass fed and finished ground beef ( I used Belcampo: code: MHK10) but feel free to substitute any type of ground meat you like.
  2. Jalapeños
  3. Yellow onion
  4. Cilantro
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Primal Palate Meat and Potato seasoning (substitute: 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp oregano)
  8. Oil

How to prepare the sliders:

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands and form into 12 sliders. And add oil to a grill pan and warm the oil (about 30 seconds). Once hot, add the sliders and cook a few minutes each side. But cooking time will vary depending on how you take your burgers.

Ingredients you will need for oven baked French fries:

  1. Yukon gold potato
  2. Avocado oil
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Primal Palate Meat and Potato seasoning (substitute 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp oregano)
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Cilantro
  7. Parmigiano reggiano

How to prepare oven baked fries:

Peel and slice up your potato into French fries. And add to a lined baking sheet along with avocado oil and seasonings. With your hands mix it all up to make sure all French fries are coated. And bake 425 F for 40-50 minutes, flipping half way through. Once they are done sprinkle with parmigiana reggiano and fresh cilantro.

Preparing the avocado ranch crema:

This is another prep ahead side dish to have on hand for the week. Simply add avocado, salt and pepper, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, water, cilantro, garlic powder, Primal Palate Garden Ranch seasoning to a blender, and blend it all up. And you could also prepare this Whole30 Special Sauce that would be delicious too on these sliders.

Build your own:

And once everything is done place it all out on serving plates. And let everyone build their own burgers however they desire.

Options include:

Mini brioche sliders, burger bowls, or lettuce wraps. The possibilities are endless and fully customizable. Which makes for a very easy weeknight dinner option. But my personal favorite way to enjoy these is in a burger bowl salad with all the fixings.

I hope you and your family love this build your own burger bar at home. And if you create one at home don’t forget to tag me over on Instagram so I can see your wonderful creations.
