Gluten Free Pizza Skulls:
If you are looking for an easy and delicious meal for spooky season, make these gluten free pizza skulls.
What you’ll need:
- Gluten free measure for measure flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Greek plain yogurt
- Avocado oil spray
- Organic tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- Uncured beef pepperoni
- Shredded cheese of choice
- Pizza seasoning
- Italian seasoning
How to prepare the gluten free dough:
To a larger bowl, add sifted gluten free flour to bowl with baking powder, salt, and mix with a spoon until all is incorporated. And then add in the greek yogurt and mix until incorporated with your hands. Form into a ball and add to a lined floured board. And gently flatten the dough with your hands. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out into a rectangle as best as possible. And using a pizza cutter, cut vertically into 3 strips, and then cut each strip in half horizontally.
Prepping the pizza skulls:
Once the dough is prepped, spray your skull mold with avocado oil spray, and add your dough to each one. Add a heaping spoonful of tomato sauce to each one, shredded cheese, sprinkle of each seasoning, and uncured pepperonis. And carefully fold over and seal by pinching the dough with your fingers as best as you can. Bake on 350°F for 25-27 minute or until golden brown. And once done, let them cool for 5 minutes in the pan, remove, and enjoy!
How to store leftovers:
And if you have any extras, keep stored in an airtight container in refrigerator. And when you are ready to eat, reheat in oven on 350°F for 10 minutes or until warmed through.

- 1/3 cup organic tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- Uncured beef pepperoni
- 1 cup Shredded cheese of choice
- Pizza seasoning
- Italian seasoning

- Add sifted gluten free flour to bowl with baking powder, salt, and mix
- Add the yogurt and mix until incorporated with hands and form a ball
- Add dough to a lined floured board and gently flatten with your hands. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top, and roll out into a rectangle as best as possible
- Using a pizza cutter, cut vertically into 3 strips and then cut each strip in half horizontally
- Spray your skull molds with avocado oil
- Add a slice of dough to each skull
- Add a heaping spoonful of tomato sauce to each one, shredded cheese, sprinkle of each seasoning, pepperonis, and carefully fold over and seal by pinching with your fingers as best as you can
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool for 5 minutes in pan, carefully remove from molds, and enjoy
