Soft baked Gingersnap cookies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 tsp gingersnap sub allspice
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted vanilla Madagascar ghee
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Roll into cinnamon sugar
- Chill dough, roll into balls, roll into sugar, add to lined baking dish, flatten with hands.
- Bake 350 for 9-11 minutes.
- Drizzle with raw coconut butter.
