Peach Caprese:

I’ve never met a caprese salad I didn’t like! And this peach caprese salad is the perfect summertime staple to enjoy at home or while entertaining. Because when it gets hot, the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven. And this requires 0 cooking which I love during the summertime months.

Ingredients you will need:

  1. Peaches
  2. Mozzarella cheese
  3. Basil
  4. Prosciutto
  5. Balsamic glaze
  6. Salt and pepper


This is really easy to assemble and prep! I first start by adding a slice of mozzarella cheese, then sliced peach, rolled up prosciutto, and basil. I repeat this process until I feel up my plate, then sprinkle salt and pepper all over, and drizzle my balsamic glaze.

Peach Caprese:

Serves 5-6


  • 1-2 peaches
  • 15 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 5-6 slices prosciutto
  • Fresh basil
  • 1-2 tsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Instructions:
  • Remove pit from peaches and slice peaches
  • Slice your mozzarella cheese into about 15 slices
  • Roll up your prosciutto
  • Start with a slice of mozzarella cheese, then peach slice, then prosciutto, basil, and repeat until you fill up plate
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on top
  • And drizzle balsamic glaze all over
