Matcha coconut blissballs
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen matcha
- 1/4 cup raw coconut butter
- 1 Tbsp MCT oil sub coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raw coconut shreds
- Filtered water add 1 Tbsp at a time to get desired consistency
- *Optional add in: 4 dates
Instructions
- Pulse everything in food processor or high powdered blender.
- Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes, roll into balls, roll into coconut shreds.
