Matcha coconut blissballs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen matcha
  • 1/4 cup raw coconut butter
  • 1 Tbsp MCT oil sub coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raw coconut shreds
  • Filtered water add 1 Tbsp at a time to get desired consistency
  • *Optional add in: 4 dates

Instructions

  • Pulse everything in food processor or high powdered blender.
  • Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes, roll into balls, roll into coconut shreds.
