How to Make Monster Burgers:
If you are looking for a delicious and festive savory idea for spooky season, make these monster burgers!
What you’ll need:
- Homemade jalapeño burgers or any burger patties you prefer
- Cooked bacon
- Homemade special sauce
- Cheddar cheese
- Pickle slices
- Homemade guacamole
How to prepare the burgers:
You can use store bought burger patties for this festive dinner idea. But I think homemade jalapeño burgers are where it is at. And they are super simple to prepare. Add room temperature ground grass fed beef to a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix. And form into 6 patties with your hands. But you can also do little sliders if wanting to make as an appetizer instead too. Add to a grill pan or grill and cook until you reach desired doneness.
Making the homemade special sauce:

Guacamole spread:
This is totally optional, but I highly recommend! And it only takes 5 minutes to prep it, so it’s not like it adds a whole lot of extra prep time. Simply mix avocados, seasonings, cilantro in a bowl. And refrigerate until ready to use.
Creating the monster burgers:
And once you have everything prepped and ready to go. it’s the fun part, assembling the monster burgers. But first, slice small triangles off the end of the cheese to create the teeth look. Add lettuce to burger bun and toppings you like. And place the pickle on burger, then cheese, and ketchup. Place two toothpicks in center of bun and add olives for eyes.

Burgers:
- 1 lb grass fed ground beef
- 1 medium jalapeño deseeded and finely chopped
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Primal Palate meat and potato seasoning
- Salt + pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Special sauce:
- 2-3 Tbsp avocado oil based mayo
- 1/4 cup unsweetened ketchup
- 1/4 cup relish
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Guacamole spread:
- 2 medium avocados
- Salt + pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup diced fresh cilantro
Additional ingredients:
- 6 slices Raw cheddar cheese slices Substitute any cheese you like
- 6 slices Pickles
- 12 Olives
- Ketchup
- Lettuce
