Watermelon Pizza:
Watermelon pizza is such a fun summertime snack. And if you have children, this is such a fun and interactive activity to do at home, especially during this quarantine time. And what I love about these watermelon pizza’s is the topping can be mixed and matched to your liking.
Ingredients you will need:
- Watermelon
- Yogurt
- Fresh fruit of your choice ( I used strawberries and blueberries)
- Manuka honey
- Fresh mint
Making the watermelon pizza:
Making the watermelon pizza is so simple and fun to make. And if you have children, this would be such a fun summertime interactive activity to do with them. I first slice my watermelon into circles and I make it about 1 inch thick. And then I slice into my “pizza” slices and add my layer of yogurt to the watermelon. Lastly, add your fresh fruit, mint, and drizzle of Manuka honey.
Can I prep ahead of time?
Yes I tried prepping it ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. But I would suggest eating it within 1-2 days because the longer it sits it will get soggy and not taste as good as the first day it is prepped. But I prefer prepping it the day I plan on eating versus doing it ahead of time.

How To Make A Watermelon Pizza:
Ingredients
- Watermelon
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- Fresh fruit of your choice
- Fresh mint
- 1 tsp Manuka honey
Instructions
- Cut your watermelon into circles and then slice as if slicing a pizza
- Add a layer of your yogurt to the top of your watermelon
- Add your fresh fruit, mint, and drizzle of Manuka honey
