If you are looking for a yummy summer dessert that wont get your sweet tooth running rapid, try these grilled peaches N cream. They only take 5 minutes to prep and do the trick to curb the sugar dragon. You just need to add your peaches to a grill pan with some vanilla madagascar ghee, cook 3-5 minutes, let cool, and stuff with coconut yogurt. Then drizzle some manuka honey and sprinkle some Purely Elizabeth original granola.

Grilled Peaches N Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • 1 tbsp Fourth and Heart Vanilla Madagascar ghee
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • Drizzle of manuka honey
  • 1 tbsp Purely Elizabeth original granola

Instructions

  • Cut your peaches in half, remove pit, and scoop some of the middle out
  • Heat your pan with the ghee
  • Place your peaches face down and cook 3-5 minutes
  • Let cool and add your coconut yogurt, manuka honey, and granola
