Dairy-Free + Vegan Caesar Dressing:

It is here! My dairy-free + vegan caesar salad dressing. This salad dressing is super creamy, tasty, and is perfect on a a variety of meals. But one being my massaged kale caesar salad!

Ingredients you will need:

  1. Tahini
  2. Lemon juice
  3. Minced garlic
  4. Maple syrup
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Water
  7. Capers
  8. Spicy brown mustard

And I am sorry but I have not tried any substitutes for this recipe.

How to make:

I add all the ingredients to an immersion blender cup and blend with the immersion blender. But if you don’t have an immersion blender it is okay! Just add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender or a food processor. And mix it all up until you reach your desired consistency.

What do I use it on?

This dressing would be amazing on grilled romaine, in a massaged kale caesar salad, as a dip for raw vegetables, or drizzled on some roasted vegetables. The possibilities are endless! But my favorite way to use besides the massaged kale caesar salad, is dipping air fried sweet potato fries in it.

How to store:

I store mine in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days, if it last that long ;).


Dairy-free Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing:

Makes 1 cup


  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 garlic clove minced


  • Instructions:
  • Add everything to a bowl and with an immersion blender, blender, or food processor blend it all up!
  • Store in an airtight container in refrigerator
