These no bake donut holes remind me of the real deal, minus the processed ingredients and frying of course. The texture doesn’t resemble a donut hole but the taste does, so don’t expect to have the donut texture for these.

Here is what you will need:

  1. Almonds
  2. Flaxseed meal
  3. Maple syrup
  4. Vanilla extract
  5. Water
  6. Primal Palate’s Cinnamon sugar cookie seasoning (sub coconut sugar + cinnamon)

Add these to the food processor and process until you get a sticky consistency, roll into the cinnamon sugar cookie seasoning, and store in freezer.

Cinnamon sugar no bake donut holes

Makes 8


  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp filtered water
  • 1 tbsp Primal Palate cinnamon sugar cookie seasoning sub coconut sugar + cinnamon


  • Add almonds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, flaxseed meal, water, to food processor
  • Process until you get a sticky dough like consistency and able to roll into balls
  • Roll into balls and then roll into the cinnamon sugar cookie seasoning
  • Store in freezer
