If you have not tried apple “nachos” before what are you waiting for? I probably have this snack at least once a week and like to switch up the toppings depending on my mood. There really isn’t much to this snack, its foolproof 100%. You are simply going to cut your apple, drizzle with nut/seed butter of your choice, add cacao nibs, raw coconut shreds, and lots of cinnamon. They transport well too, so if you wanted to prepare these the night before and place in a tupperware, you will have a great snack idea for your busy work day.

Apple nachos


  • 1 small gala apple sliced
  • 1 Tbsp salt free almond butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp Raw coconut shreds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
