One of my meal prep staples are burgers because the flavor combinations are endless, they can be added to a variety of meals, and are quick to prep. This week I decided to make some of my tuna burgers for the week. This recipe yields about 10 medium size tuna burgers but I would suggest doubling the recipe and freezing half for another week you don’t feel like cooking.
What you will need:
- Primal Kitchen Foods avocado oil mayo
- Primal Kitchen Foods spicy brown mustard
- Red bell peppers
- Red onions
- Cilantro
- Wild Planet Foods albacore tuna
- Pasture raised egg
- Garlic powder
- Coriander
- Turmeric
- Salt + pepper
You are going to all the ingredients into a bowl, mix with your hands, form into patties, and cook a couple minutes each side on a greased grill pan. How easy is that my friends? I add them to some butter lettuce, fresh avocado slices, and drizzle some of Primal Kitchen Foods thousand island dressing.
