Want an easy weeknight dinner than can be cooked in 15 minutes, only requires one pan, and is loaded with flavor? Try this raspberry habanero sausage and broccoli slaw pasta with air fried halloumi cheese balls. I think this is my new favorite combo for an easy weeknight dinner option.

What you will need to make this meal complete:

  1. Pederson’s Farms no sugar added raspberry habanero sausage
  2. Broccoli slaw (substitute regular pasta)
  3. Halloumi cheese (omit if you want to make this meal whole30 approved)
  4. Fourth and Heart California garlic ghee (substitute any oil you use)
  5. Diced onions
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Chicken Bone broth (substitute filtered water)

This meal is basically fool proof, guaranteed. You are simply going to sauté your onions with the ghee, add in the diced sausage and caramelize them ( I cooked about 3 minutes). Then add in your broccoli slaw along with the bone broth (or water) and steam for a couple minutes. While you are preparing this dish, you are going to cut up your Halloumi cheese into bite size chunks. Spray you air fryer pan, add the cheese chunks, set your air fryer to 370 F and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping at the half way point.

The steps to making this dish are so simple you will be asking why you haven’t made this combination sooner. If you want to use regular pasta feel free to prep some to go along with this dish. I like to meal prep mine on Sunday’s but you can easily make the night of since it only takes 15 minutes to prepare.
