Elevate your fried rice with this kimchi cauliflower fried rice. This meal only requires one pan, 15 minutes, and 6 ingredients. The perfect side dish for a weeknight dinner option.

What you will need:

  1. Fourth and Heart California garlic ghee or any oil you use
  2. Cauliflower rice
  3. Kimchi of your choice
  4. Handful of cilantro
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Pasture raised eggs

You are going to heat your pan with the ghee, add all the ingredients except the eggs, and saute for a few minutes. In a separate bowl you are going to whisk your two eggs, add to the veggie mixture, mix, and cook a couple minutes. Add to a bowl and top with fresh cilantro. It doesn’t get easier than that my friends.

Kimchi cauliflower fried rice

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Fourth and Heart California garlic ghee
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1/3 cup diced radish kimchi
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pasture raised eggs

Instructions

  • Heat the ghee in a large pan
  • Add everything to pan and cook for 5 minutes
  • In same pan add two whisked eggs and cook for a few minutes
  • Garnish with more cilantro
