How to cook cauliflower gnocchi:

There are lots of ways you can cook your cauliflower gnocchi which includes: pan frying, baking or, air frying. For this recipe I pan fried my gnocchi and here is how I did it.

  1. Heat your pan with 1 heaping tablespoon of ghee
  2. Add frozen gnocchi with salt and pepper to pan and cover your pan
  3. Let the gnocchi steam for a few minutes not stirring
  4. Remove lid, mix and cook a few minutes without the lid, with minimal stirring to let it get crispy
  5. If they start sticking you can add more ghee or add 1 tablespoon at a time of water, and mix

What you will need for the cauliflower gnocchi pasta dish:

  1. Buy Ranch direct ground turkey sausage
  2. 1 bag of frozen cauliflower gnocchi
