If you are looking for a VERY flavorful burger combination that even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy, you must try these buffalo bacon jalapeno sliders out ASAP. Todd is super picky and to be honest when it comes to trying to find meals he will enjoy, it is hard. If you follow me on instagram and see that stamp of approval “TODD APPROVED,” you know your picky eaters will enjoy too!

For this burger recipe if you don’t want to use buffalo, feel free to substitute with whatever meat you would like. I have tried it with ground turkey, ground chicken, ground beef, but have found that buffalo adds soooo much more flavor to the burgers.

These burgers are super easy to prepare. Just add everything to a bowl, mix, form into patties, heat grill pan with avocado oil, add patties, and cook a couple minutes each side. If you want to make your burgers extra tasty, I suggest you saute you jalapenos, onion, cilantro, garlic, and bacon in a pan, but this step is optional.

Once done let the patties rest for a couple minutes. Serve either as a burger + fries combination or as a burger bowl loaded with greens, fries, avocado, and cucumbers.
