When it comes to weeknight meals I like to keep them SUPER simple. I have also found, the the simplest meals always turn out the best. If you have not tried this combination of wild caught salmon with Trader Joe’s Everything but the bagel sesame seed seasoning, you are truly MISSING out. Ever since they came out with this seasoning this has been my go to with my salmon because it just adds the best flavor.

In order to get this meal all prepare in 15 minutes you will need to multitask and use a variety of kitchen gadgets to get it done. You could also meal prep ahead of time and just reheat, but I generally like making my fish fresh versus reheating.

You are going to want to start with the instant pot cauliflower mash since it will take some time for the pressure to get to where it needs to be.

Once you have that all set to go, season your salmon, and broccoli and place in your convection oven to cook.

Everything should be done at the same time and you will have a delicious work night meal in just 15 minutes.
