One of my go to meals during my busy work nights is salmon. It takes no time to cook and you can pair it with a variety of items which never leaves me bored with this type of meal. For tonight I wanted to mix it up and decided to go with a BBQ salmon, with Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi seasoned with everything but the bagel sesame seed seasoning, and roasted broccoli. This meal sure did hit the spot and it only took 15 minutes to prepare. Now this is my type of fast food 100%.

I utilized two of my kitchen gadgets to get this all done in 15 minutes.

  1. Convection oven for my salmon and broccoli
  2. Stove top for pan frying my gnocchi

Multitasking is key to getting these type of quick meals done in no time.

15 Minute BBQ Salmon Bowl

Ingredients

BBQ salmon

  • Wild caught salmon fillet
  • Couple sprays of Garlic avocado oil spray
  • 1 tbsp Primal Palate BBQ rub seasoning

Pan fried everything but the bagel sesame seed cauliflower gnocchi

  • Package of Trader Joes cauliflower gnocchi
  • 1 Tbsp Fourth and heart California garlic ghee
  • 1 tbsp everything but the bagel sesame seed seasoning

Roasted broccoli

  • Head of broccoli
  • Salt and pepper
  • Avocado oil

Instructions

BBQ salmon Instructions

  • 1.Season your salmon
  • 2.Bake 375 for 15 minutes

Pan fried everything but the bagel sesame seed cauliflower gnocchi instructions

  • Heat your ghee in pan
  • Add frozen gnocchi and cover for 5 minutes
  • Remove lid add your seasoning and cook 5-8 minutes with minimal stirring

Roasted broccoli instructions

  • Season your broccoli
  • Bake 400 for 15-20 minutes
