This is hands down one of my favorite way’s to eat brussel sprouts. There is something about adding bacon pieces to it that just makes this dish taste AMAZING. Because let’s be honest everything is better with some bacon right? This side dish is very easy to prepare and pairs nicely with a variety of meals. You are going to want to wash and chop your brussel sprouts in half. Add to a lined baking sheet with parchment paper and add your raw chopped pieces of bacon throughout. Add some salt + pepper, cover with another sheet of parchment paper to prevent a mess in your oven, and bake 400 for 25-30 minutes. I mean it doesn’t get any easier than this my friends! I can’t wait for you all to try this combination and hear what you think.
