This freezer fudge is going to be your new favorite dessert. It is super easy to prepare and you can store in your freezer for when you are wanting a quick after dinner dessert. I used sunflower butter for these but you can substitute any nut or seed butter you have on hand.

For the first layer here is what you will need:

  1. Chocolate bar of choice
  2. Sunflower butter
  3. Coconut oil

Add to a small sauce pan on medium low heat, mix throughout until it is melted. Add to a lined 4×6 baking dish and add to the freezer for 10 minutes to harden up.

Now for the second layer here is what you’ll need:

  1. Sunflower butter
  2. Melted coconut oil
  3. Vanilla extract
  4. Sea salt
  5. Cinnamon
  6. Optional add in: Vital Proteins unflavored collagen peptides

I heat my coconut oil and sunflower butter in a small sauce pan until it is melted. I then add in the rest of the ingredients, mix, and pour over the chocolate layer. I let sit in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then drizzle melted chocolate on top.

I store these in my freezer in my Stasher Bag’s.
