If you love the sweet and salty combo, you are going to love this easy snack of salted caramel blissballs. The nice thing about these is it requires no baking, minimal ingredients, and can be meal prepped in advance for a quick grab and go snack.

What you are going to need includes:

  1. Raw almonds (sub any nut/seed you’d like)
  2. Hemp seeds
  3. 1 cup dates soaked over night and water drained when ready to use
  4. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Celtic sea salt
  6. Sprouted gluten free oats
  7. Flaxseed meal

You are going to add all the ingredients into your food processor or a high powered blender and process for 10 seconds. You want the batter to be sticky and able to roll into balls. I made it easy on myself and instead of rolling them into balls, I used a small ice cream scoop, scooped the batter onto a lined baking sheet, and topped with some date syrup and celtic sea salt.

When I meal prep these for the week, I like to store mine in the freezer. Then when I am ready to eat, I will pull one out and let it sit at room temperature for a minute before devouring.
