Just the sight of these make me happy! Not only are they beautiful to look at but the flavor of these roasted turmeric cauliflower is out of this world. I love the combination of turmeric, coriander, cumin, and smoked paprika, it just has the best flavor. If you haven’t tried this combination I highly suggest you try it out and let me know what you think. These pair nicely with a variety of dishes or even make some delicious tacos! They only take 30 minutes and only require one dish, making it a super easy side dish to prepare for the week.

I like to meal prep mine on Sunday and already have them ready during my busy work weeks. When I am going to have, I will either it them cold, or reheat in my convection oven for 10 minutes on 400 degrees F.

Roasted turmeric cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • Couple sprays of Fourth and Heart ghee sub any oil you use
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt + pepper

Instructions

  • Chop your cauliflower
  • Add to a baking dish lined with parchment paper
  • Spray with ghee, add seasonings, and mix until all pieces are coated
  • Bake 400 for 25-30 minutes
