Shopping Guide:
I know a lot of people are worried with everything that is currently going on. But I wanted to share my grocery guide and what I am stocking my pantry, freezer, and refrigerator with. And I know things might be limited right now since most of the stores have been wiped out. But I hope this still helps serve as a guide for you all. And don’t forget there are still a lot of companies who are shipping items.
Pantry Staples:
I’ve always kept my pantry fully stocked because I like to have my options readily available and limit my grocery runs to once a week. And thankfully my pantry was already pretty stocked before all of this went down, so I didn’t have to shop for too much. The places I usually shop at for my pantry staples include:

Freezer Staples:
I like to keep my freezer stocked with meats, seafood, bread, tortillas, and bone broth. Because this allows for me to create a variety of meals based off what I have stocked in my freezer.

- Vital Choice Wild Caught salmon/fish
- Awg Bakery grain-free, Paleo, gluten-free, vegan bread
- Siete Foods tortillas
- Bonafide Provisions bone broth
Refrigerator Staples:
I like to keep my refrigerator loaded with all the fresh vegetables, eggs, dairy, and almond mylk’s. And this is what you will always find in my refrigerator. I would suggest with everything going on to stock up on organic frozen vegetables.
