Lemon Pesto Garlic Aioli:

I wanted to prep this lemon pesto garlic aioli to go with my zucchini fritters and air fried zucchini fries. And the nice thing about this sauce, it is super easy to prep, uses ingredients you probably have in your spice rack and refrigerator.

Ingredients you will need:

  1. Pesto mayo or regular mayo
  2. Zest of a lemon
  3. Dried parsley
  4. Juice of a lemon
  5. Dried oregano
  6. Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  7. Dried basil
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

And if you want to make this sauce Vegan, feel free to substitute your favorite vegan mayo.

How to make:

Making this sauce is simple! Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix, adjust taste as needed, and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

What to serve this with?

The possibilities to use this pesto garlic aioli are endless. And I like to enjoy this sauce with my zucchini fritters and air fried zucchini fries. But feel free to use it with a variety of other items that taste good with a dipping sauce.

  • 1 large lemon zested
  • 1 large lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or1 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add everything to a bowl, mix, and refrigerate in an airtight container
