Antipasto:

Growing up my dad loved a loaded antipasto salad. And he got me hooked on them from an early age. But I wanted to mix it up and create a festive antipasto board for a holiday appetizer option. Because who doesn’t love a good appetizer?

Ingredients you will need:

  1. Mozzarella balls
  2. Fresh basil
  3. Fresh rosemary
  4. Pepperoncini
  5. Olives
  6. Cherry tomatoes
  7. Artichokes
  8. Salami

Other items you will need:

  1. A round board
  2. Skewers
  3. Bow

How to prepare:

The first step, place the fresh rosemary in a circle around the board. And then take a skewer and place the variety of items onto the skewer. I didn’t do the same order for each skewer, I mixed and matched each one. And then place each skewer on top of the rosemary and form a circle with them. Once the board is filled up, I add in some more rosemary

Can I prep this ahead of time?

This appetizer is a great prep ahead option. I like to prepare the skewers the night before and the day I plan on enjoying assemble it into my cute festive wreath.

I hope you all love this fun and delicious appetizer as much as I do. And if you make one, tag me in your creations on Instagram so I can see.
