Grain-Free Pumpkin Spice Granola:

The easiest homemade grain free granola you could possibly make. And the nice thing about this is you can mix and match every week to create a variety of options for granola’s.

Here is what you will need:

  1. Manuka honey
  2. Sunflower butter
  3. Pecans
  4. Sunflower seeds
  5. Pumpkin seeds
  6. Raisins
  7. Coconut oil
  8. Cashews
  9. Goji berries
  10. Pumpkin spice
  11. Cinnamon

How to prepare:

I add everything to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and mix with my hands to assure that all pieces are coated with the honey and sunflower butter. But you could also substitute maple syrup if you don’t want to use honey.

Baking and storing:

You are then going to bake 350 F for about 10-15 minutes. Time will vary based off your oven, so I would suggest you keep an eye out on them, so that it doesn’t burn. Once done let it cool and then break apart with your hands. I store mine in a mason jar in my pantry for up to 5 days (if it last that long).
