Everything but the bagel Brussels sprouts:

There is no denying it, roasted vegetables are one of my favorite items to add to my meals. I believe in loading up my plate with all the vegetables and the rest are just extras (proteins and carbs). Since you all know my love for Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel sesame seed seasoning runs deep, I had to add it to my roasted Brussels sprouts and mushrooms. I pretty much put this seasoning on everything, because it goes so well on everything.

This side dish is easy to prepare, here is what you’ll need:

  1. Brussels sprouts
  2. Chopped baby Bella mushrooms
  3. Couple sprays of avocado oil
  4. Everything but the bagel sesame seed seasoning

Add everything to a baking dish lined with parchment paper, bake 400 F for 30-35 minutes. I also like to broil mine for a few minutes to get them extra crispy.

Perfect side dish:

This is the perfect side dish that can be meal prepped ahead of time. I like to have everything chopped ahead of time and then I either meal prep them on Sunday or I will cook the day I plan on having. If planning on meal prepping ahead of time I would suggest you undercook a bit so that they don’t turn out soggy.

Everything but the bagel sesame seed roasted Brussels and mushrooms


  • 2 cups sliced Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup baby Bella mushrooms
  • Couple sprays of avocado oil
  • 1-2 tbsp everything but the bagel sesame seed seasoning


  • Add veggies to a lined baking dish
  • Spray with avocado oil, add seasoning, and mix
  • Bake 400 F for 30-35 minutes
