One of my favorite after dinner treats are these easy chocolate covered macadamia nuts. I like to prep some on Sunday during my meal prep and store in my refrigerator in a mason jar for something sweet after my dinner. They are super quick and easy to prepare and only require 3 ingredients:

  1. Chocolate bars
  2. Coconut oil
  3. Macadamia nuts

You are going to add your chocolate and coconut oil in a small sauce pan on medium low heat. Melt your chocolate making sure to stir throughout to prevent the chocolate from burning. Once melted add in your macadamia nuts, mix, and pour mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper. Transfer to the refrigerator and allow the chocolate to harden, about 15 minutes. Once the chocolate has hardened I break them up with my hands and store in a mason jar in my refrigerator.
