Blender carrot and banana cake pancakes


  • 1/3 cup almond milk add more if too thick
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup raw shredded carrots
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 7 Tbsp almond flour add more if mixture is too runny
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal
  • 1 Tbsp @primalpalate pumpkin spice
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • 4 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides optional


  • Blend everything in a high power blender. Spray your pan with coconut oil and add mixture (I did a little larger than silver dollar size to make easier to flip). Cook a few minutes on each side. Top with @georgiagrinders pecan butter and coconut shreds.
