Blender carrot and banana cake pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond milk add more if too thick
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup raw shredded carrots
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 7 Tbsp almond flour add more if mixture is too runny
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbsp @primalpalate pumpkin spice
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 4 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides optional
Instructions
- Blend everything in a high power blender. Spray your pan with coconut oil and add mixture (I did a little larger than silver dollar size to make easier to flip). Cook a few minutes on each side. Top with @georgiagrinders pecan butter and coconut shreds.
