Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

sprouted gluten free oats

homemade cashew mylk (sub any plant based mylk)
1/2
tsp
baking powder

tsp
cinnamon

Tbsp
chia seeds

Tbsp
hemp seeds

tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
maple syrup
Handful of mini chocolate chips

banana mashed
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl
Spray two ramekins with coconut oil
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes.
