No bake Almond cookie fudge
Makes 9 squares
Ingredients
1
cup
raw almonds
1/4-1/3
cup
coconut butter
2
Tbsp
coconut oil
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Process everything in food processor for 30 seconds
If too thick add 1 Tbsp at a time of water
If too thin add more almonds
Add to a greased silicone pan and freeze for at least an hour
I like to store mine in freezer and eat at room temperature
