Dairy free hemp seed spinach cilantro pesto

of Celtic sea salt
Scallops

wild caught scallops

fourth and heart California garlic ghee
Salt + pepper

Instructions
Pulse everything for pesto in food processor and set aside
Heat your ghee in a cast iron skillet and get nice and hot
Add your scallops seasoned with salt + pepper
Add to pan and cook a few minutes not moving them during this time
Top with pesto
