Instant Pot Orange Chicken

chicken breast cut into bite size pieces

tapioca flour
Salt + pepper

Avocado oil

Fresh orange juice + 1 tbsp orange zest

maple syrup, date paste

Instructions
Coat your chicken with tapioca flour salt + pepper
Set instant pot to sauté function
Add avocado oil, ginger, and garlic and sauté for a minute
Add in chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add in date syrup, orange juice, coconut aminos, sesame oil, chicken bone broth, and mix
Close instant pot and set to high pressure for 5 minutes
Once done let pressure release on its on (let sit 10-15 minutes) then turn off and open.
