No Sugar Added Walnut Banana Bread:
Ingredients

pasture-raised eggs

tsp
vanilla extract

cup
oil of choice
coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, ghee

medium
ripe bananas

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
cardamom
1/4
tsp
nutmeg
1
tsp
baking soda
1/4
cup
coconut flour
1/4
cup
flaxseed meal
substitute ground chia seeds
1
cup
roughly chopped raw walnuts + 1-2 Tbsp crushed for topping
substitute whatever type of nut or seeds you dig
Instructions
Instructions:
Add ripe bananas to a bowl and with a fork mash them up
Add in the eggs and mix it all up
Add in the oil and mix
Add in the cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, baking soda, coconut flour, flaxseed meal, and mix it all up
Fold in the raw walnuts and mix
Pour into a lined loaf pan and top with chopped walnuts
Bake 350 F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ( If the top starts to get too brown, cover with foil to prevent from burning)
Let cool completely and slice into slices
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator or individually freeze slices
