No Bake Maple Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Pecan Pie Donut Holes:
Makes 18 small donut holes
Ingredients

cup
raw pecans
Substitute: pumpkin seeds or any nut you prefer

pits removed

heaping Tbsp coconut oil
not melted

cup
pumpkin purée
1/3
cup
almond flour
1/4
cup
flaxseed meal
1 1/2

pecan butter or any type of nut or seed butter
Substitute: sunflower butter or any nut butter you prefer

cinnamon

pumpkin spice seasoning

vanilla extract
Cinnamon + maple sugar coating:

maple sugar
substitute: coconut sugar or any type of sugar you use

cinnamon

Instructions
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to food processor and process for about 30 seconds to a minute
You want the dough to be sticky and easily able to form balls
Using a tbsp ice cream scoop, scoop out the batter
Roll into 14 small balls
Roll into cinnamon + maple sugar mixture
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer
Notes
If the batter is too dry, add additional coconut oil or water, and mix until you reach desired consistency
If the batter is too wet, add additional flaxseed meal, or almond flour, and mix until you reach desired consistency
Make sure to taste test as you go and adjust flavoring if needed, if using alternatives, or adding additional liquids or flours.
