Grass Fed + Finished Beef Burgers/Sliders
Make 8 sliders or 4 large burger patties
Ingredients
Meat Patties:

lb
85/15 grass fed + finished ground beef
1
Tbsp
Primal Palate Meat and potato seasoning
Substitute: 1/4 tsp of each: paprika, onion powder, oregano)
1
tsp
garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4
slices
of pepper jack cheese or any type of cheese you like
Bacon:
1
package of bacon
Caramelized onions:
1
yellow onion

Tbsp
ghee or avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Special Sauce:
1/4
cup
avocado oil based mayo
I used Primal Kitchen Foods
1/4
cup
unsweetened ketchup

1/4-1/3
cup
relish
1
tsp
dried onion flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Other items for burgers
Lettuce
Avocado
Spicy mustard
Ketchup
Pickles
Brioche buns
Instructions
Meat Patties:
Let meat sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes
Add seasoning and mix with your hands
Form into desired size patties ( I made 8 sliders for mine)
Add to a grill pan or grill and cook a 3-4 minutes each side, cook time depends on how you like your burgers
Top with some pepper jack cheese or any type of cheese you like
Bacon:
Add bacon to a lined baking dish
Bake 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping half way through
Caramelized onions:
Slice your onions
Add ghee to a pan and warm through on medium high heat
Add onions, salt and pepper, and sauté for 7-10 minutes or until translucent
Special Sauce Instructions:
Add everything to a bowl and mix
Store in refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes
Putting burgers together
Create your burger to your liking with all the ingredients and enjoy!
