No Bake Turtle Brownies
Makes 12 bars (depending on the size you cut them into)
Ingredients
Brownie Ingredients:

macadamia nuts
sub any nut/seeds you have
1 1/2
cups
raw almonds
sub any nut/seeds you have

dates
pits removed

cup
cacao powder

vanilla extract

tsp
salt
1/4
cup
melted coconut oil
Brownie Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process for about 45 seconds
Add to a lined 8x8 baking dish
Press down with your fingers to create an even layer
Store in freezer while prepping the caramel filling
Caramel Filling Ingredients:

cup
dates
pits removed

vanilla extract
Pinch
of salt

creamy cashew butter

cup
melted coconut oil
start with 1/4 cup oil and if you want it thinner add more 1-2 Tbsp at a time
Caramel Filling Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process until you get a smooth creamy consistency
Add to the top of the brownies
Toppings:

mini chocolate chips

Instructions for toppings:
Top caramel filling with mini chocolate chips and slivered almonds
Drizzle melted chocolate on top
Freeze for at least 2 hours
Cut into bars
Store in airtight container in the freezer
Let sit at room temperature for at least 10-15 minutes and enjoy
