Lemon blueberry poppyseed pancakes
Ingredients

ripe bananas

cup
blueberries

pasture raised eggs

tsp
baking soda
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
cup
almond flour
1/3
cup
coconut flour
Zest of a lemon
Juice of one lemon
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
nutmeg

Tbsp
flaxseed meal
omit if you don’t have
1
Tbsp
Fourth and Heart vanilla Madagascar ghee
Instructions
Add wet Ingredients to a bowl and mix
Add in seasoning, flaxseed, and baking soda and mix
Add ghee to pan and heat
Add 1/4-1/3 cup of batter and cook a couple minutes on each side
Drizzle with melted coconut butter on top
