Grain-Free Pumpkin Spice Granola
Makes 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
1/2
cup
sunbutter
2
Tbsp
Manuka honey
1
Tbsp
coconut oil
1/3
cup
pumpkin seeds
1/4
cup
sunflower seeds
1/3
cup
pecans
1/3
cup
cashews
1/4
cup
raisins
1/4
cup
goji berries
1
tsp
pumpkin spice
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Add everything to a baking dish lined with parchment paper
Mix and make sure everything is coated well
Bake 350 for 10-15 minutes
Let cool and break apart with your hands
Store in a mason jar for up to a week (if it last that long)
