Air Fried Keto and Paleo Friendly Meatballs:
Makes 15 Meatballs
Ingredients

ground turkey
Substitute any type of ground meat

cup
crushed pork rinds

diced jalapeƱo

diced onions
1/4
cup
diced cilantro or parsley + and extra for garnish

pasture raised egg

garlic powder

primal palate super gyro
(substitute 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp thyme)

turmeric
Salt + pepper to taste

Tomato sauce of your choice

Add everything to a bowl and mix with your hands
Roll into 15 meatballs
Cook in air fryer 370 for 12-15 minutes or bake 350 F for 20-25 minutes
If enjoying that night, add cooked meatballs to a pan with tomato sauce and simmer on low until sauce is heated
If eating during the week: Add tomato sauce of your choice to the meatballs, add to air fryer and reheat 300 for 10-12 minutes.
Enjoy over zoodles, pasta, or in a meatball sub sandwich
