How To Cook a Whole Kabocha Squash in Instant Pot:
Makes 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
5

whole kabocha squash
2
cups
water
Instructions
Instructions:
Wash the outside of the squash really well
Add water to instant pot
Add silicone trivet or the one it comes with
Place whole kabocha squash on trivet
Set to high pressure for 20 minutes
Once done let pressure release naturally (10-15 minutes)
Carefully remove and set on a cookie sheet and let cool completely
Once it’s cool enough to touch peel the skin off and deseed
Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer
