Breakfast hash
Ingredients

red onion

Tbsp
avocado oil

Japanese sweet potatoes diced

zucchini
1
gala apple diced
1
small package of kale
1
package paleo sugar free bacon
1
tsp
maple syrup
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Sauté onion with avocado oil for a few minutes.
Add in sweet potatoes and cook until softened (5 min).
Add in zucchini, apple, and cooked diced bacon and cook for 5 minutes, add kale and cook a couple minutes.
Make holes in hash and crack 4 eggs and cook for 5 minutes.
I covered Pan for a couple minutes to assure cooked through.
