Tahini Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

gf sprouted oats
2 1/2
ripe bananas
2
flax eggs
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal + 5 Tbsp water

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
baking soda
1/2
cup
tahini
1/4
cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Prep flax eggs by mixing flaxseed meal and water and let sit for 10 minutes
Add 2 ripe bananas and with fork smash up and add rest of ingredients to bowl, and mix
Add to a sprayed 4x6 baking dish
Top with remainder of 1/2 banana
Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes
