Gluten-Free Linguine and Clams
Ingredients

drained wild caught clams with salt

ghee
substitute any oil you use

garlic cloves
minced
Salt and pepper to taste

clam juice

dried oregano

tsp
dried parsley

chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

crushed red pepper

package jovial foods gluten free capellini pasta or their grain free cassava spaghetti pasta
Substitute whatever type of pasta you prefer

parmesan cheese
Optional
Toppings:

lemon juiced
1-2
Tbsp
olive oil
1-2
Tbsp
grated Parmesan cheese
1-2
Tbsp
fresh cilantro

tsp
chili flakes
Instructions
Clam mixture
Add ghee to pan to warm
Add diced onions with salt and pepper to taste and saute for 5 minutes
Add minced garlic, seasonings, and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes)
Add drained clams, clam juice, cilantro, and cook until most of the liquid is absorbed
Optional: add in some parmesean cheese and mix
Pasta
Bring salted water to a boil
Add pasta and cook according to package
Once done cooking, drain pasta, add the pasta noodles to the pan with the clams, and mix
Squeeze lemon juice over pasta, drizzle olive oil all over, sprinkle some parmesan cheese, top with more fresh cilantro, and enjoy!
